Imagine you are racing along a cable, it’s sleek black lining merely a blur in your peripheral vision. It goes on forever it seems. On and on in one distinctive direction. The end disappears into the nothingness beyond your vision. Little do you know, rarely are you aware of the other point flying closer and closer to you. Even when it becomes visible in the faraway distance, you deny it, ignore it. It zooms yet closer. It can’t be five yards away. It’s practically right in front of you. You’re about to collide… An explosion of souls, chaotic beauty, euphoric destruction. Two points converge in the middle of space and neither line is the same again. Was this just a coincidence?

Welcome to Atlantis Blakes. My name is Amanda and I am one of those people you pass by every day without really noticing. I like to think of myself as a philosopher and theologian, but in reality I’m just a crazy kid who thinks too much. I believe that through experience comes revelation and that true freedom lies in self-actualization. It’s because of this belief that I want to share my entity, my soul, with others through my art, writing, and thought.
